- The Role of the Commander. This three day facilitation is an introduction to the complexity and requirements of effectively balancing leadership and management. This facilitation concentrates on identifying individual leadership strengths and their impact on the organization.
Participants
In order to ensure the effectiveness of the business program, Executive Command® groups participants into three classes, each named according to their essential ROI.
- Executive Staff. This group is responsible for the organization’s mission, vision, strategy, goals, values and culture. These individuals are the C-level executives, to include directors slotted from near-term promotion.
- Revenue Producers. These business units represent the direct efforts for increasing profits. One example of these business units are sales, marketing, and public relations.
- Revenue Support. These business units represent other functions which play an indirect or supporting role to the revenue producing business units. One example of these business units are HR, finance, product and strategy, and IT.
